Yuva kaushalya is the leadfor Skill Development & Entrepreneurship by Lasting Smile Foundation. The objective of this Skill development initiative is to enable a large number of youth to take up relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed Under this Scheme, Free Training will be provided by efficient trainers

Such training programmes by the name of "Yuva Kaushalya" which would enhance the employability Skills of all aspirants in the age group of 18-25 years.
